Pro's/Con's of the Benelli Nova Tactical?

The biggest disadvantage is the buttstock and receiver are one piece. I would get the SuperNova version, with its separate buttstock and receiver. The SuperNova accepts ComforTech recoil and comb pads. The Nova doesn't. Just keep in mind that all add-on parts/upgrades for Benelli shotguns are very pricey and can take months to get.

Sounds like the OP already made his choice. If anyone else is looking for a shotgun don't forget about old humpback, the Browning Auto 5. I've yet to find any auto built with as much quality as the old Belgian Brownings. With some careful shopping they can be had for a song compared to today's plastic and pot metal specials.

I just scored this mint condition 1970 Belgian A5 off Gunbroker for the princely sum of $475. It has hardly been shot at all. I bought it to cut the barrel, put on an extended tube, and build a bad ass 3 gun shotgun. However when I went to pick the gun up, it is just too darn nice to cut up. Instead I cleaned it, took it out and shot some sporting clays. This gun will stay as is.
