I have my license, my shooters qual for shotgun rifled slug, and a tree stand. How do I get registered to hunt at Beltsville Agricultural Research Center? Someone said I can do this by scanning in my docs and emailing these to the BARC wildlife office - but I don't know where to begin short of just driving down there and asking around.
