For shot any places local to AA or PG County?

    PGT&S saying $40/ 25#s including tax.

Over the winter I'll be making a lot of trips up into PA for my daughters Field Hockey and Shyda's will be a side trip receiving a lot of my saved up quarters. They seem to be the cheapest place to buy components in bulk.

Nowhere cheap I've found in MD. I'm down to one full and 1/2 full bag. Bass Pro in Hanover has it, but I'm not paying their price.

$40-50/bag is what it's running just about everywhere locally. PGT&S, Bass Pro, etc. are all up there. Currently, it's generally cheaper to buy target shells in bulk at wally-world or DSG when they have sales than to roll your own unless you're shooting large volumes each weekend. Maybe try Hagerstown Moped (AKA Shotgun Shooting Supplies) http://shotgunshootingsupplies.com/products.html

They tend to be pretty low-cost there.

Cabela's has it for $39.99. Currently running a promo code "FREESHIP" gets you free shipping, but $50 min purchase.

Bass Pro is $56.99 in store, outrageous.

Everglades is $45.99 with free shipping

I was at Cabelas Delaware two weeks ago and got it for 39.99. PGT&S is probably the best deal locally but, if you only shoot 12 ga, it isn't worth the effort for the few pennies you save. I shoot only 28ga and can't afford to by $12 a box ammo so I reload.

Now, if you shoot only skeet, you can buy reclaimed shot and save a bunch. I used that frequently during my skeet shooting years and never saw a difference in my scores.
