The best video coverage of Shari Judah's ejection comes from our Patriot Picket press rep in the front row, just behind the witness table...

Agree. Shows the beginning of her talk and shows the ejection in the back. When she's being forcibly removed, Mark Pennak has an 'omg, is this happening' expression before he quickly composes himself, lol.

If it's even a good idea, does anyone have the means to make a sign with a photo of Ms Judah in the tipped-over chair with "Tyranny!" or similar?

Sometimes I wish I owned a printing business.

Their lack of paying attention, their 1-minute time limit, and this action leaves me with nothing but that they have no respect or time for citizens.

    Yes, that's her.

The plainclothes Maryland State Trooper contingent at the Statehouse is just a handful of individuals.

Thirteen troopers are hand picked to serve during the session. I was taking to the one young trooper who looks like a mini me of the big Capital Police Officer who’s become such a familiar face. The young trooper drives in from western Maryland everyday to work the MGA gig. They are primarily for executive protection of the elected, the capital guys run the building and grounds.

Did anyone capture any other Pro or even anti messages delivered within the 60 second limits at this meeting or the similar ones being held regarding the proposed Anti 2A bills?

I am really curious to hear and witness how the lay of the land played out so to speak.

So I’m guessing this hearing will not go the way we would like?

Is the one minute rule something they are allowed to make up as they wish?

    Any good news?

The chairpersons of the committees in Annapolis have dictatorial control and can issue any edict they want.

Many here will recall that then-Sen. Brian Frosh ordered that the huge backlog of those waiting to testify could only state their name and their opposition to the bill in one sentence.

Ms. Shari Judah, who was escorted out Friday morning from the hearings on the HPRB while chastising the 60 second time constraint is a "We Will Not Comply" HERO!

We don't have to put up with DemocRat nonsense and our WWNC Project is what that is all about!

Was this hearing date jam packed with other legislation? Zirkin seemed to use this as an excuse on the Senate's judiciary gun bill day (besides pushing the hearings to the very end of the day). Is one minute now the de rigueur for citizen testimony in front of these committees?

I was a witness. I was the witness that spoke prior to Shari Judah. When her voice rose, I thought that was great. When they grabbed her, I was shocked by it.

I saw the whole thing happen on the MGA web live a well watching from home. Their was no lag, no audio cut out at all. You could tell Mike and the bill sponsor were having a few words back and forth every once in a while...

This still has traction in the media, don’t let off the gas.

    Thanks, Ed.
Can you paint me a picture of just how things unfolded a bit?
Like was there a back and forth from the Anti's presenting their crap en masse and each adhering to 60 seconds or less? Then the Pro side got their chance to speak? Or was it arbitrary like simply by name, a person was called to speak and had his/her 60 second window? How did it go if you know what I mean?

I heard a short piece on this on WTOP Saturday the 9th a little after 11 a.m. They briefly described what happened, then played about five seconds of audio of her being hauled out. Then, gave the MSP spokesman's statement that the officer moved in when it was obvious that Ms. Judah was not going to stop when told to do so.

There were only two proponents that testified - they appeared to have 2-minute testimony ready, but both respected the clock and ended their comments when the timer went off at 60 seconds. It was readily apparent that Liz, at the very least, expected to have more time.

It certainly appears that history is coming around the bend again.

In the 1960s, respect for every American’s civil rights was not realized.

It took marches, messaging, and non-violent CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE to move from ideals to REALITY.

    Thanks, MJD

Still getting up to speed and getting a grasp of all we are up against. From where I see things, the battle is happening today, it has been happening for decades, and it has worsened as the push to destroy the USA grows. The minds and morals of the country are constantly and methodically being bombarded with overt and subliminal messages that numb the citizens so far from reality that what was once good is bad and bad is now good.

As always, I feel like I am preaching to the choir, but we need to never forget.

A sixty-second clock for stakeholders and experts is ridiculous. MSI, NRA, Moms, the mayor of Baltimore, Bloomberg himself (might as well send him an invite), Secretary of the State Police, two or three former board members, etc, should have been given 10-15 minutes each.

The long tradition of the Maryland State Police testifying about their policy preferences is a DISGRACE!

They are implementers of policy because they are UNELECTED BUREAUCRATS.

The MSP has no business testifying about gun control policies that they wish to see implemented.

If they appear at all, their appearance should be limited to answering questions about statistics, manpower numbers, costs, and implementation limits, etc.
