    I don't get it? The first article - of course there are times when deadly force is and isn't warranted.

    The second and third? The guy broke into a home, killed the homeowner, and shot three police who responded. Are you saying he didn't deserve felony charges?

    She is incensed that this POS was released after a year of a 15-year sentence, and that no one was able to prevent the senseless killing of a 22 y-o father.
