Finally got the house in KY sold and rolled in this week on the 9th with the last load of stuff. We are planning remodel basement, kitchen, porch and approx. 800ft squ addition. We pay on time and don't change plans midstream. Looking for contractor with nice finish skills and most of all, a builder who can design to code and create drawings. Job will not have excavation; references a big plus.
