Applicant as well as attorney sworn in. Wow, that's a new one, an attorney required to tell the truth. Requesting a closed session. Board member says not sure there are facilities for this. Stevi told him cases are saved for the end.

Next applicant is an instructor for a local range. He's woefully ill prepared.
New applicant has a restricted permit. One for business for NRA instructor and another for gun store. Restrictions on both. Meets lots of people in business. Acquaintances meet him in the street and makes comments on being armed.

MSP - applicant said self employed. Modification request usually requires adding something. Reviewer did not know about gun store employment. MSP canceled permit. Applicant appeared to not know.
Standard business restrictions consistent with MSP policy....are reasonable.
MSP shows new restrictions. To and from work and while conducting business. Seems to be another update.

Board asks about mixup. Thought he was only modifying own business. Board vice chairman says no such thing as unlimited restrictions. Talk to the legislature.

After the back and forth the applicant repeated again that he wanted his restrictions lifted. The MoCo lawyer said "you will have to talk to the legislature about that".
