Apparently applicant had another business interest but it wasn't included on his permit. Of course MSP says that these businesses didn't request the applicant be armed and then the applicant produces the letter.
Does an applicant have to have a letter by employer in every case.
Judge also said applicant could have additional businesses after the original. I believe he said he cannot be expected to change the permit each time.

Judge states that the applicant can't come back to the MSP with every new business entity. WTF not? or better yet, just lift his restrictions.

Now B is hipping the Judge to the modification process.
MSP says modifications in 30 days or less. $10 fee and new photo. Told applicant to reapply.
The Judge has less than a clue on how this works.

Doesn't seem to matter that the MSP ignored the request prior to issuing the permit.
First applicant goes down in flames.

I can't understand applicant. Sounds like he has squatters in his back yard. Wants his restriction removed.
The next applicant is a business owner and he is also not hitting the highlights.
MSP ignored my second business as well , even after I sent them the information . They lied and said I never sent them the info. , then they said I did not send enough info.

MSP says permit lapsed. Judge said, "for lack of use?'
There is also a new voting process, the board members write their vote on a slip of paper and then Stevi reads the outcome. No way of telling who voted how.
The applicant let his permit lapse between 2016 and 2018 and the judge asked him why he let it lapse?
There is some back and forth. Board member stating applicant is asking for permit to protect self and family but not money. Lethal force not to protect property.
