I think a few people in MD have them. I saw a man shoot a propane tank with a full auto one. I have the video on my phone.

I guess it would certainly be cheaper to build one from a parts kit.
The only problem I would have is where to shoot it? Do you think it'd be ok to shoot at Izaak Walton League ranges? :lol:

Surely someone on these forums has private property and will let me come over and shoot the thing. :lol2:

Your first question needs to be "Where can I shoot it..?"

I don't think you will be able to any club or place (reasonably priced) in Merry-Land..?
