Magazines Shipped To FFL In PA?

I am having a rifle built by Fulton Armory. Do you know if they will ship 30-round unblocked magazines to an FFL in Pennsylvania?

Do you live in Pa?
If the answer to that question is yes then it would be legal for them to ship a 30 rd magazine to your FFL in Pennsylvania.

By all means, call them. Several years back, Atlantic (I know, apples and oranges) shipped standard capacity mags for me to an out of Maryland address as they shipped my rifle to my Maryland FFL. Good luck!

It amazes me that people will deal with a specific FFL and then come here asking about their policies. Here’s an idea, freaking ask them directly when you’re there, or absolute worst case scenario, call them.

The MSP have specifically banned MD FFLs from shipping YOU a mag out of state. FA could ship it to a friend of yours who lives out of state... what they do with it from there is their business.
