I want to put a muzzle brake on my .308 RPR. It's already pretty soft shooting because it's so damn heavy but I'd like to tame it a little more. Any suggestions? Thanks!!!

I also have a 308 RPR, and I went by this test:

Got the same brake - gen 2 lil bastard - as nerfherder. Seems like it was optimal in terms of reducing recoil without being outrageous in terms of noise directed at shooter AND others left/right of the lane.

I put a Lantac Dragon on mine before I sold it. Tamed the recoil quite a bit. Noticeably different.

Just put a Silencerco Omega .30 caliber can on it, that's what I did

I have to confirm since I've only tried it a few times on my RPR, but I shoot worse suppressed.

Can confirm an Omega on a .308 RPR is excellent. I have the opposite limited experience of Orbital in that I shot better with the suppressor on. Not much but a little.
Also, the ASR brakes are pretty effective at recoil reduction but are loud for those to your sides.

Love it, in fact I have 6 of them. If going suppressed you can swap in seconds.
