I just worry how the polymer will hold up to rifle grade ammunition. I've heard stories and seen pictures but I hope it works out for you!

Good reviews on it so far. The fit is tight when mated with an upper (no rattle). Major concern was the use of polymer parts on internals. Most people said they would replace them. Besides that, everyone has been happy thus far.

Polymer internals??? I didn't see that... humm might be the deal breaker for me
If we have to replace them kinda kills the savings...

I know others who have several thousand rounds on them and surprisingly not a problem.

I would have predicted them to fail.

Some, not all. There wasn't a need to replace, he just stated that was his plan.

Also forgot to mention that numerous rounds and round types were used with no issues.

    Links?
I'm not 100% sold on these yet

This one is from ARF. It includes some pictures of the cracked lower receiver. I'm not going as far as to say they will all fail....I've heard stories of some people putting upwards of 2000 rounds through it but for the extra money I would just go with a standard aluminum receiver. If it's for a dedicated 22 upper than I think you'd be fine.

It's probably been answered - but why not a group buy on the uppers? Many of those picking up lowers would probably jump in on a good deal for a 5.56 upper like that... Just sayin.

a LOT more have been sold than have failed. the failure of some of them was questionable, but they have a lifetime warranty so if it brakes they replace it.

i've got a plumb crazy and have had no problems. thinking about getting another one and SBRing it
