Ruger RPR in Magnum Calibers Now

Ruger is finally introducing the RPR in magnum calibers, .300 Win Mag and .338 Lapua Mag. At least thatís what their website says. Thereís a YouTube video of it too. Really looking forward to this. No word on availability yet, and keep in mind they introduced the Ruger Hawkeye Long Range .300 Win Mag sometime in Fall 2017, and they werenít available until this August or September. We may have to wait a while, but Iím thinking it will be worth it.

Would have been better had I never seen this post. Just checked out Ruger's website. Was contemplating one, and now I am really contemplating one in .338 Lapua. SOB This can lead to divorce.

That nice inexpensive Ruger Precision Rimfire is the gateway drug.

They're still ok to spend as long as you leave one SN in tact.

Yeah, seems like they change something up and call it a newer version and then add a cartridge here and there to the lineup on top of it. All of my rifles are Ruger except for the AR's, so I will probably get one of these at some point. Have to get through this house purchase BS first, and then I can buy more guns without worry of divorce. I jest. My wife wouldn't divorce me over this, but she wouldn't be cooking me lobster tail and filet mignon either.

buy stock in a facial tissue company...338 LM, cause tears will
come on every trigger pull unless you reload or one of them lottery
"scratch machines" that takes folding money. don't forget some good
glass, S&B, US Optics, NF, seriously its a fun round to shoot and reload
if you don't already have one...

I saw at Livey's that they are going for around 2k for 300WIN and 338LM. That is probably MSRP, so I figure the price tag would be around 1600-1700 for one of them.
