This is a post on their Facebook page.

The last hearing some of us went to, pretty much will most likely go back to the beginning and start over again with this new judge. He wants Judge Silver to make a judgement on who is paying what and if Judge Silver doesn't rule, then it is back to square one and this new Judge hearing it all over again.

The plus is this new judge is pointing out that PNTC should be exempt because of SB575 as well as they broke no noise ordinance in WV.

The interesting thing is The plaintiff's are also suing PNTC in VA, where part of PNTC's property is also on, for the exact.same.lawsuit.

We need to find a statute under State Law that can implicate the sitting Judge of Mis-Conduct and file it...

There is one for Federal Judges, so there might be a State Statute...Research TBA

As I understand it, the lawsuit in WV has been dismissed, based on a new law.

Could anybody comment on the VA suite? How is that one going?
