    I have had bad luck with missing items from three retailers all this past month, but great response from customer service. Rock River failed to send a Bolt Carrier Group in a multi item order; I emailed them and the sent one out in about 3 days. Order from Midway missing in action; no status from UPS for a week; after chatting via the web they sent out a new order. Palmetto State Armory lower build kit; no front pivot pin. Didn't notice until it was half assembled. Emailed them and they quickly sent me a new one. PSA is actually fast. I remember back in 2013 when they were the butt of jokes when it came to slow.
