    Hogan

While many are upset that Governor Hogan has not done more for the 2A community, he has to walk a very balanced line to be reelected in Maryland. It is not just a reliably blue state, but deep blue.

While it would be good to see more attention and action from him on 2A issues, we have to look at the long game here. Hogan will not be able to ram anything down the throats of the legislature due to it being overwhelmingly Democrat.

I am hoping that once he wins reelection, he will start to publicly support 2A rights. Again, we need to look at the long game so that we can actually see real change.

I know that many believe that we have waited long enough, but consider what we have had to work with for so long. Let's give Hogan a chance after the election to see what he will do. It is a no brainer that he is better than Jealous.

Hogan DID give attention and action to 2A issues this session . The issue is the type of action .

Altima98 has it backwards on redistricting .

Governor puts forth his plan . If the MGA doesn't approve the Governor's plan within 45 day, the MGA is free to make their own plan with no input from Governor .

So Hogan could just be blown off by MGA if he puts in an actual representative plan , or he can submit a plan that is largely what the Dems want anyway so he can claim to be friendly and bipartisan .

I'm hoping that he will use some of his built up political capital to shame the Democrats if they refuse to act.

This is where the Strive for 5 comes in so important. Unset 5 Democrats in the Senate and he can veto their partisan plan.

What has he done to give you any hope whatsoever that he will support 2A? Hope is lost on Hogan to do that. Hogan is a loser. I do not like him.

I would never in a million years vote for a democrat, socialist, progressive, marxist, communist, or flavor/mix thereof, so Jealous is out.

My question is this: Could I vote for a gun control supporting RINO like Hogan?

My answer in the past has always been "Not knowingly". Therefore, should I change my principles for the likes of Hogan? More and more I'm saying NO. Montgomery Brewster is looking better every day..

For those who look at this election as a single issue, keep in mind that there are more at stake then the 2A. As reported on wbal the next governor will be selecting 5 of 7 judges to the highest court in MD. While I don't think that Hogan is a 2A supporter, I do think he provide better Judges for any 2A case that may be heard.

the only way you will get full 2a rights is leaving MD for free America.

The problem with doing this is that evil can follow you. Think Virginia, Arizona, and others. Not as red as they used to be. Are you going to move every time politics get your goat?

Whats the motto of that gun organization in Fairfax? "Stand and fight."

Dont run from bullies, stand up to them. Which you can do in part by doing this stuff below vvvvvv.

There is a real chance Texas may elect a very progressive Senator in November.

Many red states are being watered down heavily by refugees from blue states.

Jealous at a campaign even today said "Just give me your all for the next 31 days and you will be looking at the next Governor of Virginia and then we'll get back to winning again!".

:lol2: Reminds me of the time Obama said he had traveled to 57 states.

They are like locusts. Destroy the host state, then move on to greener pastures, and keep voting for the same trash.
