Picture is of new gas key (bottom) and old gas key (top). Sorry for the shitty picture, my phone is the only camera I have. The gas inlet holes look to be different sizes. The old gas key has a hole diameter of approximately .2" and the new key .19."
I've tried googling for technical drawings for the gas key but all I came up with are anything but that and it's my understanding that Ar15 and Lr308 gas keys are the same dimension(s). I don't have another Lr308 carrier to compare it to if that isn't the case. Is the smaller gas key hole normal or did I get a lemon?
