    Im thinking of a different avenue to comply with the vague ATF application requirement.

    My idea is to submit an Application for an SBR. In the description I will include the usual caliber info in addition to language describing the inclusion of the binary trigger.

    Then for reason I will note any lawfully purpose and to undertake testing of a binary trigger mechanism within an SBR platform while complaining with federal and state of Maryland law.


    I don’t think the ATF would reject the app and it seems that I would be complying with md law.
