Here is a thought.
If a doctor, hospital and state misidentified a child's gender at birth,,, can that person sue all involved? Hmmm,,, Isnt a birth certificate supposed to reflect the correct sex, gender at birth? So if a state gives in, and issues a new birth certificate, isnt that an admission they were incorrect?
