To confirm what you suspect, the barrel is 70's vintage. Both the bore and chamber are chromed. I can't tell exactly from your picture but the port cover looks to have the proper flat square finger pad. Just that part alone is worth a fair amount of change. That's a very nice setup you're offering sir.
BTW, is the "UP" marking on the front sight base raised (molded on) or engraved. In other words, does it look like the one below:
