Are M1A and AR-10 mags interchangeable?
$26-28 depending on what size and whether you want black or stainless. Not sure if they give an ffl discount.

Not really. Armalite would modify old M14 mags at one point to work in their AR10s (since they couldn't just make new ones due to the AWB.) I THINK they said those remained somewhat backwards compatible. But they no longer do it since new mags can be made now. Also the new Armalite AR10B(? or A?, never can keep them straight) versions take SR25/DPMS pattern mags. So very incompatible w/ those
