    I saw on the website that you guys were planning on offering Duracoat & Cerakote services. Just checking in to see if that's something you guys are actually doing now, if not when ?

    We're working on it. No ETA but the focus was on Cerkoting due to its higher abrasion resistance.

    This is why I ask.....

    I have a 300 blackout rifle I would like built . I have all the parts, but wanted the stripped lower to have a Cerakote finish.

    I can bring the upper by to be put together and in the mean time use another one of my lowers.

    Realistically I need the rifle ( in this case the lower) by mid summer.

    So this is what im thinking right now in my head..... if you can do it by the summer I will wait if not I might just have you guys build the rifle minus the Cerakote.

    Did I miss something about Garrett?

    Mayor, I cerakoted a couple of my AR's. Not too difficult, just make sure the prep work and spraying is done slowly and accurately. I do have some of the colors left over (no hardner though) if you want some to try out. I think I have coyote, foliage or OD and maybe some black. Let me know

    Garrett left the shop a couple months ago to pursue other opportunities so we've been looking for a smithy to replace. We had a cool guy lined up but we havent been able to get in touch with him so I guess thats dead.

    Can you use a drill press and claw hammer?

    Hey! I'm looking for a job. I can press a drill and claw with a hammer.

    Here's my portfolio;

    My work bench with all necessary tools.

    My quick detach buffer tube. Nobody has one of these. For AR pistols.

    My Colt bench stripped for cleaning. Things need to be clean.

    When can I start?

    Is that last pic a de-mil, or did someone destroy $20k faster than they could burn an equivalent amount of cash? :sad20:
