MSP is not using the no fly list as a restriction.

My GF put her son voluntarily on the list so her ex could not take him out of the country. When he is 18 next year she was going to remove him from the list. But I heard that once you are on, it is very hard to get off. So would he also have issues getting a firearm?

Correct; he'll need a specialist lawyer cuz' it's sekrut squirrel stuff. And the whole time he was on, the ex could have taken him by train, bus, car.

Dunno about the restriction part, but if they check with MCAC or JTTF they would find a flag.

"Matthew Clark, a spokesman for Hogan, said Friday that Maryland already has a policy on gun purchases that addresses individuals on the list. Under the policy, Maryland State Police place a hold on a person on the FBI Terrorist Watchlist. The state then works with federal authorities, who would make the final decision about a gun purchase."

He is talking out his ass, as is the public affairs office at MSP. Both were clueless in their comments.

Sure she did. How did she do that?
Called the fbi and they said "sure! No problem?"? Please.

Yeah, I'd guess someone told your GF this BS just to stop her from bugging them. There's no way she got him on the FBI no fly list.

Call us crazy for not wanting the NSA to snoop on our SigInt, they said.

IF you don't have anything to hide, what are you worried about, they said.

Can't possibly use "lists for bad things," they said.

Anyone can make your electronic purchases look like they want them to look, or worse.

Due process? HA, what's that? Not even DHS can answer that question.

This will be the second time I post this video, but folks, we should be scared of these people. We should resist these people.

Anyone that doesn't see this for what it really is, tyranny, needs their head examined.

Remember, today's DHS is what we got shortly after Bobo declared that he would build a civilian force armed comparably to the military. Unconstrained by law, like the military is.

    Ponder that...
