    Am I correct that this has not been cross filed in the Senate? If I am right, isn't that bad news at this point?

    Just finished reading the text. G&S is still in there if I'm not misreading all the brackets, so "requiring" them to issue it won't chance anything for most of us. They'll still effectively be may-issue since they could still reject based on the lack of G&S.

    EDIT: Nevermind, I see it now. "OR"
