Is the pool size of approved licenses large enough to be able to reliably use for any stats?

The total pool is large enough to be interesting. But the problem is in that the permit holder stastics are not broken down by the reason for G&S. MDs and Atourney would likely be one set of numbers, business owners another, and security personel a third. Overall probably average out.
