With Maryland law having a 10 round limit, does anyone know where in Virginia I can get a 20 or 30 round mag for a HK 416.22r Semi - Auto? Preferably in Arlington or within that surrounding area.

There are a couple places in the Woodbridge area you could try. I don't recall the names, but if you Google map that area and search for gun stores, they'd probably pop up.

I would look up gun shops in VA, and then start calling them to see if they have them in stock.
One place that tends to have a good selection of the shop just across the 301 bridge. Yes, I know that is not near Alexandria.
