    People are asking me. Did you get your Utah permit yet? It came today which is 58 days from the day my check cleared. So, if you're waiting and looking at the calendar, it is going to be close to the 60 days that Utah has in their literature.

    That's what I tell every person in our classes. Every once and awhile a permit will be processed faster but it is unusual.

    They were processing around the 35-45 day mark. From what I understand, the change with the lesser fee (.25) and the resident permit requirement are gumming up the works. It'll take a while to clear the waters again.
