    Sorry if this has been asked before... Did some searching in the Rifles threads but didnt see it spelled out for me.

    is the R16A4T configuration legal in Maryland as long as I ask them to hold the 30 rnd mag before shipping?

    I think I had one of those. HBC means Heavy Barrel Carbine. Didn't like the front sight post, ended up selling it and getting an LWRC. Nice rifle though.

    It's a good rifle. Used to retail for $750. Not sure how much it's going for these days.
