When I was in that store last week they had a Colt and a Wyndam Weaponry ($875 I think) MOE version. I work in WV and soon will be moving there. Thank goodness.

Could a W. Va. resident purchase one of these and then do a LEGAL sale and transfer to a MD resident by bringing it to a MD FFL to do the transfer?

The way I understand the law yes. Not a lawyer though.

As long as you transfer through an ffl and follow thw process that should should be ok.
