I believe the guy is prohibited. Also caught with jars of tannerite, another Md no-no.

Not condoning his illegal activities. But if you’re prohibited carrying a bunch of stripped lowers, and other stuff- maybe take the time to follow traffic laws…?

I get a kick out of the thank you ad at the bottom of the report. Looks like the type Old Hollywood used to put in the film credits when the military gave them assistance in the film.

I could be wrong. But I almost got the vibe that they knew who they were going to pull over, in advance.

I have to wonder about the "components used to produce illegal firearms"? Either it's a firearm or it isn't. Since when were "components" illegal unless they are themselves designated as a firearm (e.g. receiver, suppressor, lightning link/dias)?

and if I had a AR trigger to put in my lower how is that 'component' ILLEGAL if the receiver is legal????

Didn’t we have a thread recently where several members expresses rather cavalier opinions about tinting.

They aren't illegal, in and of themselves. They were most likely seized as further corroboration of the prohibited person's intent to manufacture firearms.

Nearly guarantee there’s others charges for Short barrel rifle coming….

As for the pullover and tint, my suspicion is that they had him under surveillance and used the tint as a reason to pull over…
