On the video, it’s hard to hear R&R’s “citizen testimony” over the banging of the gavel by Florida Congressman Ted Deutch--a prominent gun hater.**Here is what the House Committee members heard when Jeff directed his speech to them in their seats up front:

“Congressman, I am here to testify on behalf of millions of American rifle owners!

AR-15s and other rifles like it are in "common use” in the United States, and are protected by the 2nd Amendment as described by the Supreme Court.

We will not comply with any of the Democrat Leftists….we will not comply with any efforts to ban or confiscate our legally owned property.**We will not give them up!**I speak on behalf of millions of owners who WILL NOT COMPLY with Radical Leftist plans to confiscate or ban our legally owned property!”

The photo above and all the other great close-up photos of this event were captured by Deep Lurker who positioned himself in just the right spot to get these images

And by conspicuously videoing Jeff, Deep Lurker was also under threat of ejection, but took the chance anyway. As it was, the Capitol police decided to focus only on R&R.

Yes indeed, a couple of patriots said WWNC with a no videotaping policy, Amanda Suffecol from the DC Project got some really good video as well which she posted on the PP page.

They are so delusional that they would have an armored vehicle with 12+ men who are just following orders storm your house all the while yelling into a bullhorn that they are from the government and are there to help.
