My brother used to ship his furs out of state, they would appraise, and then pay him if he agreed on the price.
If you want I can ask him for the name of the company that used to do that - unless you are trying to keep it within the state.

I'm not aware of any in MD. There are a couple options in PA or VA. I think NAFA or the other auction house have scheduled pickups. There might be one in Charles County actually now that I think about it.
Virginia also has an auction of their own. Go to the VA Trappers Assoc website and you can find some details. Virginia also has a handful of local buyers.
Of course there is always the option to ship it out to auction. I believe most local buyers just ship there anyway. You could retain their profit for yourself doing it this way.
