I was actually surprised when I got up that it was 8F, it gets to much higher I might have to turn on the A/C.:D

We need to go over to mooseman's house and open the windows. He might be sweltering

These night's electric blankets are worth their weight in gold :)

He's just getting off work, so I figure he's already wearing shorts or a speedo, he just came off vacation, he was laying on a beach towel down along the Potomac the other day when it was snowing.

    Speaking of seen

While I was driving last night, steam was coming from plowed snow in the medians in the negative degree weather.

I thought that was an interesting phenomenon.

I'm hexing the storm, I'm trying to push it all North and East, Gawd I hate white stuff.

I just found this thread so I am late to the game. Buff, your hex worked. My first night back to work and I went North and East. It was much worse up there. Pennsylvania came up with a new winter storm plan. Rather than plowing and salting, they just lowered the speed limit on the interstates ant the turnpike to 45 MPH.

Inigoes, before I got the dogs, I kept the thermostat set at 60 degrees. I got tired of watching them shiver so I now keep it at 68 degrees. Because of this I sleep with the air conditioning on all year long.

Buff, I didn't think anyone spotted me. I had walked down to the river banks from the house. I was just laying there looking at freedom on the other side of the water. :D When I was in Harrisburg last night, it was 0 degrees but no wind. I was comfortable in my short sleeved shirt while I was dropping and hooking.
