I didn’t realize HQL and other laws were applicable in Baltimore City?

For the vast majority of gun owners here the law isn't a factor. Unfortunately, I fall into that "Law Abiding Citizen" category so I have to jump through all the stupid legal hoops and hurdles.
No HQL or waiting period required on the westside...unless you're a law abiding citizen.
