Every state under 4CA, sans Maryland, is a pro-gun state. How in hell we lost the Woollard case is beyond me.

Yep, always fear the en banc, although this isn't CA9 so the tendency will be to not re-hear it.

If they don't en banc then this would seem to be a case that SCOTUS would take. Any other Federal laws currently in place not in all circuits?

***edit / already over 21. So..

So. The process is rigged due to the glacial delay in the courts.

You’re too old, you don’t have standing.

Young v Hawaii is going on ?9? Years iirc. They’re praying that old guy before something else happens in the courts!

Not the same case, but 4th Circuit, so it applies to MD.

And they= Dems want to reduce the voting age to 16?

Get 'em while they're young, arrogant and stupid. By the time they realise how they were taken, it will be too late.
And they also want to not be able to charge them with murder if they're under 25 (at least it was proposed in MD)
This crap needs to stop. They're either adults at 18 and can enjoy all of the rights and responsibilities that come with that or they're not.

I'm finding the Armed Attorney's video to be quite informative and for some reason, is more easily keeping my attention. I can't quite put my finger one why.

Fraser win in Richmond (4th Circuit), nationwide injunction. (18-20 purchases)
