Stupid postal truck! Show up!

Just need to vent. Waiting on my CZ 82. Supposed to come some time today. According to the USPS web site it's been on a truck for delivery since 9am. Still waiting 4 hours later.

You sound like me last week waiting for Fedex to show up with my new cell phone. Normally Fedex is here by 10:30-11am. They finally showed up at 3pm.

Hey Blue,
I got this from Sovereign guns in NC. It was a gunbroker listing. The listing itself was for the gun only without magazines. So I took that as a sign to buy it. I separately bought 9 round mags from J&G. Those should come this week.

The gun finally showed around 3pm. Just took it to the good people at Atlantic Guns in Silver Spring who gave it a good look and cleared it. Now I just need the mags and go register it.

On an interstate transaction, I thought a pistol had to be shipped to an FFL. Are you an FFL?

I thought there was only one FFL in DC.

If the post office down in that area is as screwed up as they are here in the Balto. area your mail is in the same place mine is. The wrong address 1 block away. I don't think the "New American" that delivers the mail and speaks very little english to add to this, always leaves my stuff at the wrong house. I live in the 59 hundred block, he delivers it to the 6 thousand block! Luckily the folks at that address swap mail, because I get theirs!

And they want to raise the price on a stamp......

OP probably has a c & r which is a ffl.

The holiday may have screwed up some things, plus the weather dealy yesterday. Received 7 Glock mags yesterday and expecting 1,000 rounds of .40 today, scheduled for delivery.
