Just got carded and denied sale of magazines in PA. When did this start??
PA gun shops not selling mags to MD residents...

They said they were concerned because of NY's laws.

Stay away from shops near NY and NJ... aggressive prosecutors have been leaning on them for years..

Cabelas..the one in PA or the one in DE (no sales tax) I bought 10 PMAGS there 2 weeks ago, no issues.

Plenty of shops between here and northern PA that will sell mags without a blink of an eye though. I like the Little Sportsman's Shop in Northumberland.
Never had an issue in PA, VA, or WV. Try and educate them, and if that doesn't work, take your money elsewhere. Perfectly legal to buy out of state.

There is no PA law aggainst selling mags to anyone in PA, unlike MD though NY has a ban on posession, so bringing them back is a felony. A few NY politicians and prosecutors have rambled about going after PA shops as an accesory, being there is no chance they could win, most shops tell them to go F themselves, either don't care, or just inform the customer of the law and let them decide. A handful have overly cautious store policies, and I wouldn't patronize them.
