Midway has Factory Seconds on sale today, anyone have any success with them? Thought they might be great for cutting paper.

What I have bought from Midway in the past were a number of boxes of what were undoubtedly Hornady SST's. Mainly discoloration is what I noted, and I was more than happy with those seconds. If the price suits, I'd take a chance yes.

I’ve gotten plenty .308 factory seconds which were almost certainly Hornady Amax from Midway. Ive also purchased plenty of belm Nosler RDF 6.5mm from shooters pro. Very happy in both cases.

I've bought boatloads of 6.5mm blems from Uncle Larry. Most looked EXACTLY like SMK's, some looked like Lapua Scenars. All were in little green boxes that looked like Sierra boxes. The only thing I've noticed was tarnished bullets.

So far all have shot fine.
