I have an X95 in 9mm, that I am SBRing, which i can do here in WV without worrying about minimum length

Kind of a bummer IWI does not import the SBR version. I read that in Israel, the X95 is actually issued with a shorter barrel. They don't import them.

They do import the SBR model new this year, however it is only in 5.56 first, .300 and 9mm later supposedly. I will be sending my barrel out to be cut and thread.

Eventually a Tavor will be coming home with me, not to mention the 300BLK conversion kit...
