    If I build my own AR pistol in MD from a stripped lower do I need an HQL ?

    Yes buying the lower and building a pistol with a brace on it. Thank you guys I didn't think so but I wanted clarification.

    Here's where Md gets crazy. If you buy a lower that is a dedicated pistol caliber lower, it is cash and carry. No 77r. No 7 day wait. It will be magazine specific though(Glock, Colt, MP5, etc).
