    Why Stop at Cookies?

Been there done that. In Hooliganville we've found other types of targets like pineapples are much more fun.

    Besides, we like cookies...

    ;)

I like shooting at spent shotgun shell hulls, mounted on top of a wooden carpenter horse at 25 yards. If you hit-em right...they'll fly back at about 30 feet.

It is legal to do this at the AGC 100 yard Barnes Range with an air rifle.

    Cowbells are my second choice.

I'm thinking you mean Sweet Gum, but I could see the challenge in that!!

No, the American sycamore is it. The balls look like this, this time of the year.

They are formed by a bajillion (+\-) of these. So when you hit them they "explode"

This is what the leaves look like.

Birds and squirrels love 'em too!

We've used grapefruit, onions, potatoes and melons for a fun twist.

Cards can also be a fun target set because you can play the hand you hit, and later you can still use them as a cool deck for later

    Remembered this one today.

Before my Grandfather retired from DeSoto paint he was paid to dispose of discontinued paints. They all found their way down to the farm and have prevented rust over the decades since then. 20-25 years ago the aerosol paints all started to quit working and became neat targets.

Start with a paper towel set under the can and lit of fire, then run back and shoot.

No better silhouette target for a .177 pellet than the old Sears Clothing catalogues... :D
