    I just didn't send it the form, let it expire.

    Five months later, sent in a brand-new application. Filled in the old license info where the form requested it; got my new license with new numbers.

    If one is applying for a new license, after having one years ago, would putting 'Don't recall' for the old FFL # be sufficient for Part B, questions 20, and 21?
