    SoI have an AK that has been sitting in my safe unfired since I got it. I had it built and it needs some extra work just be to safe but I want to sell it. I can sell it to anyone OUTSIDE of Maryland right? It obviously still needs to be transferred via FFL, but as long as they are outside of MD and aren't permitted from owning and AK in their state, I am good to go, right?

    I think you are correct as long as you meant " not prohibited" where you typed ' not permitted' to own an ak in their home state.
