    Could look at something out of the touring market for handlebars, would allow the use of the same components but change the wrist angle. Such as the ones below.

    Also dunno if a set of ergon grips with a set of wings under the palm migh help. Or a set of T.O.G.S. and or bar ends to give you multiple hand positions on your flat bar.
