Are folding stocks legal in MD?

    Thanks for the info

    so...if I understand what I'm reading correctly it would appear that it IS LEGAL for me to:

    1.) put a folding stock on my Ruger 10/22?

    2.) buy a 25 round BTX magazine out of state and use it on my Ruger 10/22?
