I tried to find this info out before I posted on here but was unable to locate the correct info.

I have a AR chambered in 556/223 that I ended up building into a legal SBR. I love the gun but the 29 OAL is a pain in the butt some times. I was thinking about putting a folding stock kit on it but I’m unsure if I’m allowed to do it.

I removed my standard birdcage and now a trifecta flash hider sits there so I can mount my suppressor. Just wondering if the same laws apply for sbrs.

Yes it has a collapsable stock and removable magazines.

Yes. Evil features are a thing for post-MDFSA2013 SBRs, and you cannot have two of them on the rifle. So, no, no folding stock with a flash hider.

An SBR that was born AND had a sales contract before 10/01/2013 is not required 29in .

An SBR created in 2018 using a pre-ban lower , is an SBR created in 2018 .

That is what I thought. I didn't think that actually made it into FSA but more a request by MD to ATF ... this has been discussed at length in the past so we can leave it at that.
