    Long time lurker first time posting. I live in perry hall grew up in NC moved here about 15 yrs ago. Now I'm 31 and wish I could go back I miss shooting in the back yard but o well. I recently reacquired my ruger standard for the md state police and have a few questions regarding the hql. I look forward to meeting fellow shooters on a range and thanks for having me.

    Thank you. How do you like the eastern shore I've been a few times to work on generators always loved the ride and the people seemed friendly.

    I love it! been here all my life, so I don't know any other lifestyle, but I will never leave.

    Question about the hql

    Please let me know of this wrong place to ask not quite familiar with what where and how to post yet.
    Is the ruger standard considered a regulated firearm and since I acquired before 2013 can I get the hql with training exemption? I also have a NC hunter safety course
