    Not handguns, as far as I know. You could do a Glock lower with a .22 slide.

    The Ruger Mark series uses the upper receiver tube as the serialized part. There used to be a kit but I don't know if it's still available.

    Otherwise there's .22 uppers for Glocks and 1911's. There's also a 10/22 80% that you could make into a Charger-style pistol. Not small as pistols go but still technically a pistol.
