Looking for a thread on fake suppressor. Idea is to set it up as a bloop tube on my son's target .22. Drill and tap for mounting sights and increasing sight radius.

Your going to have to be careful of the diameter or else the front sight will be too high. Your target 22 is threaded? Real bloop tubes slide fit and are glued or clamp on.

He shoots sporter. I adapted a set of diopter sights to a Ruger Precision Rimfire and added a single load adapter. I'm looking for a better set up for the front sight. I've been looking at bloop tubes online but was thinking a thread on fake suppressor might accomplish a similar result.
