    I have the SIGness...

After reading all of this SIG PORN I decided to purchase the Sig 226 in 22LR caliber at Atlantic Guns in Rockville. I just back from doing the paperwork and will need to wait 7-8 agonizing days to pick her up.

I was originally going to get the 226 in 9MM so it would be a little cheaper on the wallet instead of shooting .40sw with my Glock 23. But shooting in .22 is much more cheaper. I was looking for a full sized .22 pistol to get more range time and to get my wife involved in shooting. Plus down the road I can purchase a Sig X-Change package to upgrade to either a 9mm, .357, or .40. The folks at the gun store that this would be more reliable than the Sig Mosquito and Walther p22.

I post pics of her when I get it new week.

Jhason I have a plug that turns the ten round mag into a 15 round mag are you interested? PM me

Here's my new 226 that I picked up yesterday. Not much in the way of porn since it's just a run of the mill Sig, but I took it out today and it is the best....shooting....handgun....evar. EVAR. Seriously, this thing makes it look like even I know what I am doing at the range, and that says a lot.

Gawd. Pay and DD just, wow. Those are nice. I fear this thread has done something to me. I am picking up my skeeter tomorrow (or Monday, depending) and I fear that I will need to pick up a Sig in a real caliber soon after.

DD, those grips are sick. Pay...wow, that's like Jennifer Anniston holding a pupy nekkid.

Well, got the Skeeter. I have some cleaning to do tonight to get it to the range tomorrow. It's already clean, but there is a ritual that must be observed, ya know.

Nice Splitter! Can you get that in a mens version?:D

But, but....it goes bang and shoots real bullets and if you hit someone with it...and they find out....they're gonna be PISSED! :).

My new wife has declared that she will probably not like it since it does not go "BOOM".

Ah well, more alone time for me at the range.

Seriously, until I picked it up today, I had forgotten that it was a reverse two tone. Might be more expensive but I prefer black guns.

Is there a 'holy grail' Sig for sig fans? They all look great to me. I think I might have to get a sig but not until after a 10/22 and an AR 15...crap, I really need to make more money.

It is crazy reliable if you keep it wet and well fed. Mine likes Remington golden bullet bulk pack and a lot of lube.

The X-Five or X-Six series or the 210.

I have the X-Five Tactical, the poor mans X-Five. I really want a Level 1 X-Five, but don't have the spare $2600 right now. :sad20:

Jeep, if you are going to spend that much on a handgun so you can carry cocked and locked, why not get a 1911 or BHP? You know, real guns.... :D
